Pitch FC exists for the leagues no one sees, the players no one scouts, and the talent the industry missed. We're building the football world's social home — a marketplace community where players, clubs, and federations meet, follow each other, and find each other. The game is bigger than the 2% the existing tools cover. We're building for the rest.
Wyscout and InStat cover the top 2% of professional football. Transfermarkt lists names but doesn't help players find clubs, or clubs find players. Agents gate-keep careers through WhatsApp groups. And tens of thousands of footballers — from non-league semi-pros to academy graduates to diaspora players in foreign leagues — exist in a discovery void.
The clubs scouting at lower levels can't find them efficiently. The federations looking for diaspora talent abroad don't know they exist. The players themselves don't know which national teams they qualify for, or how to reach the clubs that would actually scout them.
Football has 250 million players worldwide. The industry treats roughly 5 million of them as if they exist. Pitch FC is a platform for the other 245 million.
We started Pitch FC because the conversations kept repeating. A player who didn't know they were eligible for Ghana through a grandmother. A National League scout who couldn't find players outside his geographic patch. A federation that knew its diaspora was somewhere — but couldn't structure the search.
Each of these is a small problem. Together, they describe a market that has been ignored by the existing tools. That's the gap we're building into.
Pitch FC isn't a scouting platform clone. It's three different products in one platform, each addressing a specific gap.
A profile that lives, not a CV that sits. Career history, stats, Flicks video, eligibility, peer connections — owned by the player, alive every time they post, visible to the clubs and federations that matter.
Tools for the clubs nobody is building for: non-league, semi-pro, mid-tier professional, overseas. Search, shortlist, and shortlist together. Watch players develop. Build relationships before contracts. At a fraction of what Wyscout charges.
Federation-grade tools for finding players abroad who qualify for your nation. Search, follow, engage. Be there before anyone else realises the player even exists. The talent is out there; we make it visible, social, and yours.
Pitch FC's roadmap is intentionally honest. We're building this slowly, properly, and in public.
Website live. Waitlist open. First conversations with federations, clubs, and prospective partners.
The standalone FIFA eligibility checker goes live as a free public tool. Players can find every nation they qualify for, with the FIFA statute behind each.
First federations and clubs publicly committed as launch partners. Closed beta opens to a small group on the waitlist.
Player profiles, club dashboards, Flicks, and trial posts all live. Waitlist members invited in order of signup.
Federation white-label deployments. Native iOS app. Expansion across more leagues and federations.
Pitch FC is being built by a UK-based founder with deep ties across English non-league football and East African football networks. The idea began with a simple, repeated observation — talented footballers being missed by the systems supposedly designed to find them.
Pitch FC exists because every footballer deserves a pitch — both the one they play on, and the one they get to make.
The product is being built deliberately, openly, and with input from the people who'll actually use it. That's the only way to build something football needs rather than something that just exists.
A few principles we're committing to publicly. If we ever break them, hold us accountable.
Pitch FC is paid for by clubs and federations. Players are the supply side of the marketplace; charging them would break the whole thing. Free, forever, no asterisks.
Player profile data is shared only with the audiences each player consents to. Never sold to third parties. Never licensed for advertising. Players can withdraw at any time.
Stats, video, and career history are verified by the clubs that knew the player. We won't fake credibility with synthetic data, anonymous voting, or AI hype. Either we can verify it, or it doesn't appear on the platform.
Under-18 accounts have restricted direct messaging. Federations and clubs are verified before being granted scouting permissions. Player wellbeing comes before product growth, every time.
If something doesn't work yet, we say so. If a partnership is in early discussions, we don't pretend it's signed. If we don't have advanced metrics, we don't fake them. Honesty over marketing — even when marketing would be easier.
Whether you're a player, a club, a federation, an investor, or just curious — we'd love to hear from you.
